do you remember a mag called "Swish!" in the 80s. It was the same price as things like Mayfair, i.e. two quid or so and didn't have the glossy photos of Janus etc. There were a few b/w photos but mostly along the lines of bending over ready for the spanking/caning to begin. what they did have were letters - my first spanking, why I've always been interested, spanking within a relationship etc and some rather breathless stories, nothing heavy and nothing sexually explicit. I only bought a couple of copies as it felt very pervy buying them, and I kept them for years before clearing them all out all - I do wish I'd kept them! lol.

It seems most men into spanking have managed to buy such mags in their younger days. I suspect, far fewer women did though. Personally I'd never have dared. I used to read 'Forum' mag and hope for spanking stuff, but there was very little and less that appealed to me. I still remember a copy of something like 'Mayfair' that had spanking pics and it's etched on my consciousness for ever! I fictionalised it for one of my stories, and the memory still lingers...

Kathy loved it when she saw a suitable image for her collection. She often imagined being spanked by that actor in “Swann in Love” after seeing him prepare his mistress/future wife for sex in a skirts-raised position over furniture/mantle (?) In her version he was spanking her to expiate her erotic past so he could marry her – OK it was politically incorrect and sexist but it worked for her! When she was first married she and her husband sometimes looked at men’s magazines for a laugh and to prove she wasn’t a prude. One image was still up there in her private gallery. It was an office setting and the ‘secretary’ was bent over the desk, perfectly positioned for the intended spanking. She was wearing red briefs (those nylon ‘scanties’ probably - they were popular in the seventies) and matching suspenders (corny or what?) with dark stockings. Her short skirt was hiked up and her briefs were around her thighs. A man was just in shot wearing formal clothing but with his sleeves rolled up and his hand was hovering in position to spank her. Yes, she definitely needed more images!
